ANPS students showcase their academic excellence through regular participation in the following:

* Annual EQAO Provincial Testing for Grades 3 & 6 (ANPS students  consistently exceed the Ontario average)
* Polar Expressions Writing Contest (nearly 100 published entries)
* Young Writers (more than 200 published entries)
* Arabic and English speech competitions
* The Windsor Regional Science Fair (one of the top performing schools  year after year, and repeat winners of the “university of Windsor  Faculty of Education Excellence Award”)
* CBC Art Contest and in-school art fair
* CanSpell Spelling Bee (finishing in the top 10 since 2008)
* Mathematics contests (since 2008)
